We advised the US private equity firm Warburg Pincus in relation to its USD 130 million investment in Oxylabs, a leading data infrastructure platform. Following this investment, the total valuation of Oxylabs will reach USD 3.6 billion making it Lithuania’s second-largest unicorn by valuation and the sixth unicorn to originate from Lithuania.
