About me

I am an associate in the Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team. Together with my colleagues, I advise and represent clients throughout the dispute resolution process – from early risk management and pre-litigation negotiation to court and arbitration proceedings.

Professional highlights

Dispute resolution. I specialise in civil disputes and have experience representing clients in a broad range of business and family-related matters, as well as insolvency proceedings. I am also gaining experience in cases involving European Union law and international civil procedure. I pay particular attention to the nuances of civil procedure to ensure that dispute resolution is handled efficiently, cost-effectively, and in a way that best serves each client’s needs.

Ongoing academic and professional development. I joined Sorainen while still a student, seeking to deepen my legal knowledge. In 2021–2022, I participated in the Sorainen Student Academy programme. During my studies, I was also part of the Sorainen ThinkTank team, which allowed me to assist colleagues across various legal fields and gain broad practical experience. Additionally, I gained valuable insights while working with the firm’s Tax team.

I continuously strive to enhance my skills and stay up to date with legal developments by attending seminars and conferences. This ongoing learning enables me to analyse client matters from multiple perspectives and identify the most effective solutions.

During my studies, I was also actively involved in the Vilnius University Faculty of Law Students’ Scientific Society. Together with a co-author, I contributed to academic articles published by Vilnius University, including “Blockchain Technology in Organising General Shareholders’ Meetings: Legal and Technological Challenges” (2022) and “Employee Stock Options: Implementation, Taxation and Prospects in Lithuania” (2023).

NGO activities. During my studies, I was actively involved in the activities of the Vilnius University Students’ Representation“ (VU SR). As Communications Coordinator, I advised students on academic and social matters and supported them in exercising their rights. I also served as a member of the Faculty of Law Dispute Settlement Committee and participated
