With nearly 20 years of professional experience, her practice focuses on resolving complex disputes and managing large‑scale, multifaceted projects. Her arrival will also further strengthen Sorainen’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Real Estate capabilities.
This expansion responds to the growing demand from businesses for effective management of legal and regulatory risks in sectors where disputes, compliance requirements and infrastructure projects increasingly overlap. Renata Jatužytė‑Mulevičienė has gained experience both in leading Lithuanian corporate groups and in private legal practice. Her background includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, business process standardisation, compliance matters and dispute resolution.
A significant part of her work is devoted to environmental law. She advises clients in the waste management sector and other industries on permitting, regulatory supervision and the application of environmental impact measures, and represents them in environmental disputes. In addition, she advises real estate owners and property managers on compliance and dispute‑related matters.
