We represented banks-dealers in Lithuania’s issuance of a 7.5 year Eurobond issue with a nominal value of EUR 1 billion.

“Despite the continued volatility in financial markets, today we have successfully borrowed EUR 1 billion. This transaction attracted a lot of demand, and high-quality investors participated in it, whose attention and loyalty Lithuania has maintained for several years. After this issue, we have already implemented not only almost half of this year’s borrowing needs, but also most of the borrowing plan in international markets. This allows us to feel confident about the financing of the budgeted expenditure”, Minister of Finance Kristupas Vaitiekūnas states.

The final order book for the issue of Eurobonds exceeded demand by four times and amounted to more than EUR 4 billion.

The 7.5-year Eurobond issue was distributed at a yield of 3.684 %, the issue price being 99.636 % of its nominal value. Annual interest rate of 3.625 % will be paid on this issue. The Eurobonds were serviced on 20 May 2026 and will be redeemed on 18 November 2033.
