We advised General & Medical Group, a UK-based provider of medical and other specialist insurance services with more than 35 years of experience, on its successful entry into the Lithuanian market.
The establishment of General & Medical Europe, UAB marks an important step in the Group’s expansion and the development of its insurance distribution activities in Lithuania and across wider European markets. The company was registered with the Bank of Lithuania as an insurance broker company and commenced its insurance distribution activities in September 2026.
Our team and services
Our team advised General & Medical Europe, UAB throughout the process, from establishing the Lithuanian company and preparing for the regulatory procedure to obtaining a licence as an insurance broker company at the Bank of Lithuania.
