About me
I am a legal assistant working with the Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate, and Private Client teams. I support colleagues in providing legal services to local and international clients and in preparing documents related to corporate activities, company law, and M&A transactions.
I am actively involved in the firm’s ThinkTank initiative, where I currently serve as the head of the Lithuanian team. In this role, I assist lawyers across various practice areas, which helps me to develop a broad and versatile understanding of law.
Professional highlights
2024/2025 – participated in the Sorainen Student Academy programme.
2025 – awarded second place in the “Consensus” contract law moot competition (topic – M&A).
2025 – participated in the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition, the largest international human rights moot court in English.
Academic background
Vilnius University, Master’s student in Law.

Vilnius University Students’ Representation, European Law Students’ Association (ELSA), Vilnius University Senate.
