We advised Vance Inc., operating under trading name Aspora, a US-based fintech company, on its acquisition of a controlling stake in UAB Hokodo, a Lithuanian electronic money institution.
The Bank of Lithuania approved the acquisition of a shareholding exceeding 50% of the share capital and voting rights in UAB Hokodo, enabling Aspora to acquire control of the regulated entity.
