We advised Bittiq – a Netherlands-based company launching account information business across Europe. The Lithuanian subsidiary of Bittiq – Connectly – will be one of the first companies launching the business based on the new service under the second Payment Services Directive (PSDII) – account information service.

Connectly enables consumer centric services based on analysis of financial data.

Our services and project team

Our team represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania, assisted with the licensing procedure and advised the client on matters related to compliance of the service with European Union regulations. Our team consisted of partner Tomas Kontautas, senior associate Laura Matukaitytė and associate Liutauras Vasiliauskas.
