We advised IKI Lietuva on the lease agreement for the opening of a new IKI store at the RYO shopping centre in Panevėžys. The project forms part of IKI’s active expansion strategy in Lithuania and will strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
The new IKI store will open at the RYO shopping centre in Panevėžys and will become the largest retail unit in the city. The opening is scheduled for autumn this year, and approximately 45 jobs will be created at the new store.
IKI Lietuva is one of the largest grocery retail chains in Lithuania. Panevėžys is a strategically important city for the company, where it operates both logistics and production centres.
