We advised the International School of Riga (ISR) on signing an agreement with Baltic Horizon Fund for the lease of 3,680 sqm of space in its own building at 27 Skanstes Street, Riga. This transaction is one of the largest leases of office space in Riga this year. The lease agreement is for five years, with the option to extend it for a further two years.
About ISR
ISR is an international education provider, with students from pre-school to secondary school age enrolled. The school currently has two sites in Riga and 310 pupils, representing more than 47 nationalities.
The demand for international education in the centre of Riga continues to grow, driven by factors such as increasing trends in global mobility and talent attraction, as well as the presence of NATO forces in Latvia. In addition, the success of Latvian entrepreneurs in international markets has contributed to families relocating for career opportunities.
