We advised one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of fixtures in Central and Eastern Europe on the sale of its Belarusian subsidiary to a local investor, a Belarusian group of companies.
Our services and project team
Our team assisted the client with structuring the transaction, negotiated the transaction structure with the buyer and the buyer’s financing bank, advised on matters related to approval of the transaction by the Belarusian state authorities, and revised drafts of the transaction documents, as well as advising the client on other related issues, including those related to the settlement of the financial obligations of the subsidiary prior to the transaction and release of security over its assets.
