We advised Triumf Research (Triumf Health), a company dedicated to the improvement of children’s mental health, on tackling licensing questions with local governments in Estonia.

Focus on the mental health of children

Triumf Health has developed an interactive game Triumfland Saga for children between the ages of 7 -14. Triumfland Saga is designed specifically for and with children to offer personalised behavioral support and help break unhealthy habits. Triumfland Saga, which is also among the TOP 10 health applications for children globally, is recommended for every child.

“Children are bearing huge mental loads without the necessary coping skills. They need all the support we can possibly offer during their journey of uncertainty as they grow up. We place children in the center of their health and wellbeing for them to live healthier lives,” explains Dr. Kadri Haljas, Founder and CEO of Triumf Health.

Our services and client team

We drafted a license agreement for the use of Triumfland Saga. With this agreement, Triumf Health has been able to license the game to Estonian schools through their local governments. Now every school that holds the license for Triumfland Saga, can enable the children to play the game and support their mental health.

Triumf Health was advised on a pro bono basis, as a part of our Shared Mission programme, offering EUR 100,000 worth of free legal advice to innovative projects that make a positive contribution to the region by our team of technology, media & telecommunications specialists led by associate Kirsi Johanna Koistinen, supported by partner Kaupo Lepasepp.
