We advised YIT Lietuva on the sale of Sky Office, a business centre in Vilnius. The building was acquired by the investment and asset management group Evernord, which established its 10th fund, Evernord Real Estate Fund VII. YIT Lietuva became a strategic partner of the fund and is investing alongside Evernord investors.
Sky Office is a business centre in Viršuliškės, Vilnius, opened in 2024. Its occupancy rate stood at 95% at the time of acquisition. In 2025, the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association recognised Sky Office as the best commercial property in Lithuania.
“At the environmentally friendly Sky Office business centre, we consistently implemented the entire project development cycle – from design and construction to achieving almost full occupancy. When developing the project, we focused on long-term value: the building was designed so that its technical, sustainability, and energy-efficiency solutions would meet the requirements for Class A offices, while its quality was also confirmed by a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
We are pleased that the project is now entering a new stage together with a strong institutional investor. This is a natural part of the development of mature commercial real estate projects and, at the same time, confirms that high-quality, sustainable assets remain attractive to investors,” says Kęstutis Vanagas, CEO of YIT Lietuva.
