As an associate with the Corporate and M&A team, I assist lawyers in their daily work. My assignments and passion lie in corporate law and transactions, and I consider myself fortunate to be a part of both this team and field.
Under Art. 40 (3) of the Estonian Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist attorneys.
