As an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Employment team, I assist lawyers with their daily tasks. My focus and passion are in corporate law and transactions, and I feel fortunate to be part of this team and field.
Under Art. 40 (3) of the Estonian Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist attorneys.
