About me

As a member of our Corporate and M&A team, I support colleagues in their daily tasks. I am mainly involved in preparing and compiling documents and legal analysis, as well as helping colleagues solve employment law-related matters.

Professional highlights

Wide know-how base. In order to further widen my horizons, I interned at the Police and Boarder Guard Board, Tartu County Court as well as a law firm during my university studies. In addition to these experiences, I have worked as a lawyer in a notary’s office and at an international consulting firm. Working with different areas of law has given me a good know-how base and a broad horizon which enables me to understand different areas of law better in order to notice legal problems and questions that might be neglected at a first glance.

Direct impact on clients’ business. The area of employment law gives me a chance to work with many different companies and people. By finding solutions to their individual problems and questions I am able to directly contribute to their success. Working with matters related to employment law has also taught me that issues that seem simple and understandable at first glance may not actually be so if investigated further.

Personal approach. I believe that every client should be approached personally and solutions to their problems proposed according to each individual case. In my opinion, such taylor-made solutions are the most sustainable and practical ones.
