We advised Alchemy, a leading global Web3 development platform, on the acquisition of DexterLab, an infrastructure company specialising in solutions built on the Solana blockchain.
DexterLab focuses on developing analytics and tooling that help decentralised application developers work more efficiently within the Solana ecosystem. The acquisition will enable Alchemy to further expand its services for this rapidly growing blockchain network and strengthen its multi-chain infrastructure offering, supporting various decentralised technologies. The value of the transaction is not being disclosed.
This step is in line with Alchemy’s strategy to become a comprehensive developer infrastructure platform, enabling blockchain innovation across multiple ecosystems worldwide.
