At this year’s The Lawyer European Awards ceremony in London, Sorainen was commended in the category “Law Firm of the Year – Northern Europe”. This places Sorainen among the region’s strongest performers and makes us the only Baltic law firm recognised in this category in 2025.

For our clients, this commendation serves as an independent confirmation that Sorainen operates to high European standards of legal quality, cross-border capability and strategic leadership. It also highlights the maturity and competitiveness of the Baltic legal market on the broader European stage.
According to our managing partner Eva Berlaus: “This recognition is meaningful not only for Sorainen but also for the entire Baltic legal market. It demonstrates that our region can stand alongside with the strongest firms in Northern Europe and deliver our clients services of the highest international level. For us, this acknowledgement underlines that our strategy is moving in the right direction – investing in people, deepening our sector and practice expertise, and consistently delivering high-quality, cross-border advice. Most importantly, it reflects the collective effort of our entire team across the Baltics, whose dedication and professionalism drive our success every day. We are grateful to our clients for their ongoing trust, and we will continue working to build a stronger, more resilient and more innovative legal sector for the region.”
