From 1 December 2025, the Latvian office of law firm Sorainen moves to our new office premises at 21 Antonijas Street, Riga, where we will lease the two upper floors, with a total office space of almost 1,900 m². In addition to the office premises, Sorainen will also have access to three private terraces on the sixth floor.

The new office premises have been created in cooperation with the real estate developer Vastint Latvia and designers from RadaDara. Moving to Magdalēna Quarter is a step forwards for Sorainen, showing that we are planning for the growth and further development of the team.
“In more than 20 years at our previous office, we have grown from a small team to the largest law firm in Latvia. We wanted larger and more modern premises, so that there would be no limitations on the team’s future development. We also wanted the new office to reflect our values: quality, a drive for excellence, a focus on providing effective assistance to clients, active cooperation among colleagues, and a desire to be in a beautiful and architecturally thoughtful environment. When looking for our new premises, we focused especially on architectural and construction quality, the developer’s readiness to understand our needs, and the location,” says Sorainen Latvia office managing partner Ieva Andersone.

“It was a great pleasure to work on the design of the new office together with our cooperation partners Vastint and RadaDara. When planning and designing the interior design, we focused on making it modern, sustainable and tailored to our daily needs, which include regular meetings with clients and partners, intensive collaboration between colleagues and teams, and hosting guests at the various events we organise. I am delighted to be part of the team for this new change!” Sorainen managing partner Eva Berlaus.
Magdelēna Quarter is currently the only new development in Riga’s Quiet Centre offering premium-class, highly energy-efficient office space. The quarter has already become a sought-after residential and business destination. Six years ago, the first phase of the project was completed, delivering 116 apartments, and ground-floor commercial units facing a pedestrian passageway.
