We advised Multitude Bank plc, a Wholesale Banking business unit of Multitude AG, a listed European FinTech company, on providing a EUR 16 million financing facility to UAB Nordecum, a Lithuanian digital consumer finance company and part of Placet Group OÜ.

The facility strengthens Nordecum’s funding base by refinancing existing arrangements and providing additional capacity to support the continued growth of its lending portfolio in Lithuania. The transaction marks a further step in the growing cooperation between Multitude and Placet Group, following two committed secured credit facilities with a combined value of EUR 12.5 million provided in 2025.

Multitude provides digital lending and online banking services to consumers, SMEs and institutional clients across Europe. Through its Wholesale Banking business unit, the company offers tailored institutional funding solutions to established non-bank lenders. Nordecum is one of Lithuania’s established digital consumer lenders, operating as part of Placet Group OÜ.

The financing supports Nordecum’s continued growth in the Lithuanian market and reflects ongoing demand for institutional funding among regulated non-bank lenders. It also highlights the strengthening relationship between Multitude and Placet Group as both companies continue to expand their activities in the consumer finance sector.
