Sorainen provided full-scope advice to Enerstena UAB during its implementation of a project to reconstruct a heating supply system and construct a new 20MW heating station in Cherven, Belarus. The project, worth EUR 6 million, was financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Our team leading the project ‒ consisting of partner Kiryl Apanasevich,  senior associate Aliaksei Daryin, and associates Olga Solovyanchik and Alesia Khadasevich ‒ advised the client on various construction, regulatory, contractual, tax and employment matters. We also assisted the client in multiple negotiations with state bodies related to the project implementation process.
