Acting as local counsel in Latvia we advised Cardinal Health, a distributor of pharmaceuticals, global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products, and provider of performance and data solutions for health care facilities, on the sale of Cardinal Health’s Cordis business to Hellman & Friedman.
