Our team is assisting Dexcom – a US-based medical device manufacturer – in opening a global business service centre in Vilnius, Lithuania. The new hub is set to open its doors in 2021. It will focus the company’s patient support, customer advocacy, and finance and accounting operations.

Dexcom is the global leader in continuous glucose monitoring for people with diabetes. As of 2019, the company employed 3,900 specialists across multiple locations worldwide. The company’s total revenue for 2019 was USD 1.470 billion.

New office to support operations and customers across the EMEA region

Dexcom’s business service centre in Vilnius will support its operations and customers across the EMEA region. The new branch is set to be multifaceted and will focus on customer and technical support related to Dexcom products. It will also provide finance and accounting support for the organization, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, billing and more.
