About me

As a member of the Real Estate & Construction team, I advise clients primarily in the areas of construction, environment, real estate and planning law, as well as civil and administrative disputes at both the national and international level. I also contribute to Sorainen’s ESG services by advising clients on various ESG-related legal matters.

Professional highlights

Interest in EU law. I studied EU law during my undergraduate and graduate studies in Estonia and Belgium. I also participated in a moot court competition on EU law while a student, and in the Young European Lawyers Contest as a newly qualified attorney. During my undergraduate studies, we won the 3rd-4th place among 80 teams in a moot court competition on EU law, the best result the University of Tartu has ever received in this event. As an EU law enthusiast, I like to contribute to resolving disputes involving EU law whenever possible.

Proactive attitude. It is my belief that the more great specialists we have, the more of them are better than I am, the more advanced the Estonian legal landscape becomes. With this in mind, I cooperate with the University of Tartu, giving lectures on preparing for international moot courts, as well as with ELSA Estonia, educating high school students in various areas of law.

Constant development. Looking for challenges, I never stop educating myself in legal matters. During university studies, I have participated in ELSA Estonia’s negotiation competitions on several occasions. I am a graduate of Sorainen Student Academy (year of 2019) as well as of a training programme of another internationally renowned law firm. Before joining Sorainen, I interned at Tallinn City Office and the legal department of the Tax and Customs Office. At present, my development is concentrated on various ESG-related topics, both internally and externally.
