Construction & Real Estate. I advise on design and construction contracts (incl. FIDIC and design–build), procurement, risk allocation and claims management. I support developments throughout the full lifecycle — land and property transactions, building rights and leasing, planning and utilities connections, through to commissioning. I also handle real estate transactions — acquisitions and disposals of individual assets (apartments, land plots, buildings) and portfolios, including forward purchase/funding and sale–leaseback structures; I run legal due diligence and draft/negotiate the transaction documents.

Energy. I assist renewable energy developers and investors (solar, wind, etc.) with grid connection, permitting and regulatory compliance, as well as PPAs and balancing solutions. I also advise on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects — from land and easement models to connection and service agreements. I support interactions with authorities.

M&A and Transactions. I work on share and asset deals and joint ventures, including transactions with a strong real‑estate component. I conduct legal due diligence, structure deals, draft and negotiate SPA, SHA and related agreements, and coordinate conditions precedent and closing.
