Zone continues on its established path
Founded in 1999, Zone is one of Estonia’s largest providers of domain registration and web hosting services. Its customers range from private individuals and small businesses to large organisations.
Zone will continue to operate under the leadership of co-founder and CEO Martti Varik and its existing management team, maintaining its focus on service quality, technological excellence and close customer relationships.
Our services and client team
We advised Your.Online throughout the entire transaction process, including conducting legal due diligence, transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents, regulatory, employment and related Estonian law matters, as well as coordinating and facilitating signing and closing.
