As an associate with the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, my main focus is on matters related to corporate law issues that affect company structural changes.
Professional highlights
Establishing associations. I took part in a team establishing several significant associations in Latvia.
Finding ways to form business. I have participated in industry research projects into the most suitable business form for starting a business in Latvia from the corporate law viewpoint.
Participation in M&A cases. I have been working with a team on several landmark M&A cases, mostly by preparing documentation for the Latvian Company Register.
