We are assisting global law firm Bird & Bird with the completion and updating of their implementation of the EU whistleblowing directive tracker regarding Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Our input is focused on giving a concise overview of how the different provisions of the directive have been transposed to national law and what choices Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania have made as regards going beyond the directive’s minimum requirements. We have also helped keep the tracker up to date regarding the implementation status of the directive, which continues to be relevant for Estonia, where implementation is lagging behind.

We are proud to be continuing to contribute to a pan-EU project that has helped and will continue to help companies meet both statutory and social responsibility requirements in the Baltics and across the whole of the European Union.
