We provided legal assistance Entrum – a company that offers new investment opportunities in real estate in cooperation with the investment platform Mintos.
About the project
Entrum facilitates residential rental property sales and investments, simplifying transactions for property sellers and investors across Europe. Cooperation with Mintos allows investors to make passive investments, which is an easy and affordable way to invest in rental real property without buying the whole property and earning regular income.
Our involvement
We assisted with structuring the transaction, drafting the bond terms, signing the agreement and all collateral documents related to the investment, as well as supported the registration of the Mintos-related base prospectus with the Bank of Latvia.
