About me
I am a senior associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team in Lithuania with significant experience in energy and environmental law.
Professional highlights
Real estate and litigation attorney. Practising as a real estate attorney for over a dozen years, I focus on assignments for local and foreign clients related to real estate transactions, lease and real estate development. Being a litigation attorney is also a strength of mine.
Energy and environmental law. My second specialisation is energy and environmental law, which serves as an advantage in complex real estate and energy related projects. I have a solid track record in advising leading energy firms from both Lithuania and elsewhere.
Banking lawyer experience. Before becoming an attorney, I served as a lawyer at one of the leading Scandinavian banks, gaining experience and business knowledge which now serve as valuable assets in complex real estate transactions.
Coordinating pan-Baltic projects. I have experience in coordinating large scale pan-Baltic projects, one of the most recent being expansion of a foreign retail company to the Baltics. In the extremely fast-moving expansion process, the client concluded over 40 lease agreements in the three Baltic States during a single year.
