We advised Danielius Merkinas and Česlovas Kazlauskas – the founders of domestic logistics service provider NNL LT – on acquiring a 44% stake in NNL LT from Litcapital through an acquisition vehicle.
NNL LT is a leading logistics service provider focused on temperature-controlled goods, operating in Lithuania and Latvia. Consolidated revenue of the business exceeded EUR 20 million in 2019.

We advised the client on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring the acquisition mechanics, negotiating financing for the acquisition, representation in the purchase process and negotiations on transaction documents.
