I focus on three interconnected areas of law – trade compliance and sanctions, commercial contracts, and transport law – enabling me to deliver comprehensive solutions for businesses operating in complex regulatory environments. My goal is to help clients navigate international commercial transactions, mitigate compliance risks, and structure agreements that support sustainable growth.
Professional highlights
Trade Compliance & Sanctions. I advise clients on international trade regulations, export controls, and sanctions regimes, helping businesses ensure compliance and manage risk across global supply chains. My work includes guiding companies through regulatory challenges in sectors such as consumer goods, manufacturing, wholesale trade, and transport.
Commercial Contracts. I draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements that underpin manufacturing, trade and logistics operations. My focus is on creating robust, clear, and enforceable contracts that protect clients’ interests and enable smooth business transactions.
Transport Law. I advise clients on complex regulatory and operational matters across aviation, maritime, rail, and road transport, supported by deep academic expertise and extensive practical experience, including work at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE). I am also recognised by The Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner in Shipping and Transport.
