We are advising Baltic private equity investment fund Livonia Partners on the sale of the majority stake in the window manufacturer Fenestra to Trigon Capital.

International reach

As a result of the transaction, Aken Tulevikku, a member of the Trigon Capital group, will acquire 87.22 percent of Fenestra from Livonia Partners’ investment funds. The transaction is subject to approval by the Estonian Competition Authority.

“Fenestra is a great example of how Estonian industrial companies can compete internationally thanks to the high quality of Estonian production,” said Joakim Helenius, chairman and CEO of Trigon Capital.

A major player in the market

Livonia Partners acquired Fenestra in early 2019. It is the second-largest window manufacturer in Estonia. The estimated turnover of Fenestra in 2022 is 25 million euros. Approximately 85% of the company’s production is sold internationally, mainly in Finland.
