Transaction advisor. My core practice lies in advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, including cross‑border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. I have supported transactions across a broad range of industries, such as energy, logistics, manufacturing, IT and insurance, and have assisted clients at all stages of the deal lifecycle – from structuring and legal due diligence to negotiation of transaction documents and post‑closing integration.

Investment projects and market entry. I regularly advise international investors on setting up and structuring investment projects in Central & Eastern Europe, including on jurisdiction selection, investment incentives and applicable regulatory and corporate requirements. My work helps clients make informed decisions on how to optimise their investment structures while mitigating legal and geopolitical risks.

Corporate governance and shareholder disputes. I assist clients in designing and implementing effective corporate governance frameworks and shareholder arrangements to ensure business stability and reduce the risk of internal conflict. Where disputes do arise, particularly in the context of M&A transactions or joint ventures, I support clients in resolving them efficiently and with minimal disruption to the business.

International arbitration and dispute resolution. International arbitration is a key component of my practice, with a particular focus on corporate, M&A‑related and investment disputes. I assist clients in arbitration proceedings and in developing dispute‑prevention strategies as part of transaction structuring and investment planning. I am also actively involved in the development of the arbitration community and regularly mentor young practitioners through international moot court competitions, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
