I draft, review and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents, including corporate resolutions and shareholders’ agreements; advise clients on corporate strategies and provide all legal support related to conversions, mergers, and divisions locally and on cross-border levels; support clients at shareholders’ and management board meetings and corporate decision-making processes, ensuring all actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. I also conduct legal due diligence processes for potential mergers and acquisitions, ensuring clients are well-informed of all legal implications, identify potential legal risks and provide actionable solutions. I am dedicated to ensuring clients receive tailored support and strategic advice, enabling them to solve legal issues they face successfully.

Doing business in Lithuania. I have assisted many international companies with various legal issues, from starting a business in Lithuania to business reorganisation and exiting the market. I advise clients on corporate governance, liability issues of management bodies, and shareholders’ relations.

Cross-border corporate mobility. My professional activity involves advising companies on business reorganisation matters and cross-border mergers, divisions, and transformations through all the stages, starting from the planning stage, project implementation and completion, and post-completion issues.
