About me

As a counsel leading our Employment practice in Lithuania, I have been supporting business in all employee-related legal matters for more than ten years.

Professional highlights

Advising foreign investors. Advice to foreign investors on employment matters is one of the key areas of my practice. I have supported many global corporations establishing their business in Lithuania ‒ primarily shared service centres and technology and manufacturing companies. Together with our employment team I advise them on setting up in Lithuania, preparing local employment contracts, adapting global HR policies to the local legal environment, working time management, daily HR situations, employment terminations and even market exits.

Sensitive HR situations. A significant part of my practice is dedicated to supporting our clients in sensitive HR situations. Whether this involves employee performance management, disciplinary issues, individual terminations, mass lay-offs or other business transitions, my goal is to provide legal support which enables the business to resolve these situations with the best possible outcome.

Transactional advice. I support colleagues and clients in M&A deals and other business transactions where employees are a crucial part of the transaction, for example in cases of large-scale employee transfers.

Relocating to Lithuania. I am happy to have helped many clients relocate their management and employees from outside the EU to Lithuania by securing work and residence permits.

Corporate background. My background and experience in corporate law provides me with important know-how when working on executive contracts and related issues.
