Augustas Klezys, a senior associate, has been practising law since 2003.

Augustas' key areas of expertise include banking, finance and capital markets transactions and financial services and regulation. He has extensive practical experience in highly specific financial transactions ranging from lending and security to capital markets (structured products, derivatives), including regulation of banks and other financial institutions. Augustas has also advised on bank litigation.

Before joining SORAINEN, Augustas was involved in banking and finance law at one of the leading banks in Lithuania, first as a specialised lawyer in banking and investment products and services and later as deputy manager of the legal department.
