Professional highlights

Workplace violence prevention expert. In recent years, I have developed a strong focus on workplace violence prevention. I work closely with employers to design and deliver practice-based training, develop internal policies, and support the conduct of workplace investigations. I developed a dedicated specialisation in this area following amendments to the Labour Code introducing mandatory training and internal policies for most employers.

In 2025, I completed studies in Work with Adult Groups in Organisations at Vilnius University, strengthening my ability to combine legal expertise with HR and organisational insights. This enables me to provide both legal and practical, business-oriented solutions.

As a recognised expert in this field, I frequently speak at conferences and events and continuously deepen my expertise through hands-on work with clients and close cooperation with authorities, including the State Labour Inspectorate.

Employment Disputes and Case Law Development. Employment matters are particularly meaningful to me, as they involve close, ongoing collaboration with clients, their management teams, and employees. This direct engagement allows me to gain a deep understanding of each client’s business and tailor practical, solution-oriented advice to their specific needs. I have actively contributed to the development of employment case law in Lithuania. Following the entry into force of the new Labour Code in 2017, our team was among the first in the country to successfully represent clients in cases involving dismissal on entirely new grounds, including sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination.

Liability and Corporate Disputes. I also advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, with particular expertise in managers’ (including directors and board members) liability and liability arising from contractual and tort-based claims. I represent clients in complex, high-profile disputes of this kind.

Family Law and Private Clients. As Head of the Private Client sector group in Lithuania, I advise clients – primarily business owners – on sophisticated family law matters, including complex disputes. My experience covers divorce, division of assets, child custody, and maintenance, particularly in cases involving high-net-worth individuals.

I also provide strategic advice in situations that are not directly regulated by Lithuanian law, requiring tailored and innovative legal solutions.
