About me

As the head of the Defence sector group in Estonia and a Counsel in our Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Employment practice, I specialise in advising on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. I also have extensive experience in company law, real estate, and construction matters.

Wide knowledge base. On a daily basis, I advise clients on Corporate and M&A matters. My detailed understanding of the real estate & construction and finance & insurance sectors allows me to provide well-rounded legal advice.

Dedication to detail. In transactions, I maintain an eagle’s eye view of all aspects of a case to ensure they align with the client’s needs. I emphasise distinguishing the important from the unimportant.

Landmark cases. Over the years, I have advised on numerous landmark M&A cases, including some of the most complex and demanding ones. I have helped clients achieve some of the biggest exits in the Estonian market and reach unicorn status through landmark investments.

Expert in company law. I have a strong interest in shareholder relations and corporate structures. I assist clients with various company law questions, including detailed matters like establishing joint ventures. Additionally, I am a co-author of the “Company Law Handbook” published by Estonia’s leading business daily, Äripäev.
