About me
I am a partner and sworn attorney with the Corporate and M&A practice group, as well as representing the Real Estate and Construction practice group in Latvia.
My experience in the field of law has been appreciated by Latvian and foreign clients for several decades. I have worked at several leading international law firms in Latvia, as well as heading the Legal Department of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre.
The international legal directories Chambers and The Legal 500 have ranked me among the leaders for both real estate and business transactions in Latvia.

In the field of real estate, I am known for my extensive knowledge and experience, covering property sales and purchases, development and construction, leasing and other issues. My economically sound and clear advice, as well as my negotiation skills, are also highly appreciated.
Long experience of M&A and corporate law in Latvia and the Baltics. During my career, I have advised clients on numerous high-profile acquisitions and mergers, as well as real estate sales and other transactions in the Baltic States, and have been involved in several working groups on the development of regulatory acts.
Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector. I currently also head the Sorainen Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector group, which provides various types of legal assistance to clients in this sector. By combining expertise in local law with a personal understanding of technology, I help both international companies and local startups implement innovative solutions in accordance with the legal framework.
