Renāte Purvinska, a senior associate, has been practising law since 2000.

Renāte's key area of expertise is mergers & acquisitions (M&A). She has participated as counsel in major cross-border M&A deals in Latvia for both sellers and buyers and on behalf of listed and non-listed companies in business sectors such as real estate development, construction, car retail, other retailing and energy. She has also been involved in restructuring projects, assisting creditors to restructure loans as well as advising debtors in insolvency matters. Renāte co-authored the Latvian chapter of the book The European Takeover Directive and its Implementation.

Renāte previously spent seven years with Deloitte Latvia and with Deloitte's Malmo office as a senior legal consultant.
