Among the leading M&A lawyers in the Baltics. The international M&A database Mergermarket has ranked me fourth among the top lawyers in the Baltic States by the value of M&A transactions on which I have advised (46 deals with a disclosed total value of EUR 2.431 billion during 2015–2025).

Complex international projects. I have led legal teams and provided advice on projects involving cross-border M&A transactions, international financing, multi-jurisdictional mergers, and securities deals. I consider myself fortunate to work with a team that has many years of experience advising on the most complex projects in the Baltics.

TMT leadership. As a tech business enthusiast with extensive M&A experience, I am dedicated to co-leading our TMT sector group at Sorainen.
