Wide know-how base. In addition to my extensive experience in venture capital, corporate, and M&A matters, I also support clients in commercial and intellectual property issues, TMT, private equity, and advising private clients. This enables me to provide a comprehensive overview of their challenges and a detailed, well-thought-out plan to resolve them effectively.

Enthusiasm for startups. I have been an active member of the Estonian startup community for years, starting as a team member of the sTARTUp Day business festival as a student. As the head of the firm’s startup team in Estonia and the co-head of the regional team, I am committed to creating a supportive environment for startups to grow in Estonia and advocating for important legislative changes. I have extensive experience advising startups and their investors on various legal matters, including assisting internationally known clients like Bolt, Veriff and Sunly with their fundraising rounds.

Expertise in intellectual property. I believe intellectual property can be both a defence and attack tool, and I know both inside and out. I help clients daily with trademark and copyright matters, including trademark registration and disputes, preparing copyright protection and transfer agreements, drafting C&D letters, combating pirate trademark registrations, and addressing unfair competition.
